Business data: the sales, products, inventory, staff, and attendance records you enter to run your store.
Usage & device data: basic technical information (such as device type and log data) needed to operate and secure the Service.

To authenticate logins (including one-time email codes) and keep accounts secure.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To send important service notices about your account or plan.

Subscription payments are handled within the POS portal. Where a third-party payment provider is used, your payment is processed by that provider under its own privacy and security terms; we do not store full card details.

We keep your business data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
